Configured for your process
The GRANTEVO automatic big bag filling system is designed for the quantitative filling of granular materials into 100–1,000 kg big bags. It combines material feeding, weighing, filling, configurable bag settling and filled-bag discharge in one integrated system.
During operation, the control system continuously monitors the filled weight. When the programmed target is reached, material feeding stops. The machine can then automatically lower the supporting structure, release the big bag and transfer it out of the filling station using the integrated conveyor.
The touchscreen interface allows operators to set the target weight and adjust the main operating parameters. Bag settling can be configured according to the material, filling stage or target weight. This helps distribute the product more evenly and produces a more stable big bag for handling, storage and transport.
The system is suitable for cereals, animal feed, fertilizers, compatible granular chemical products and other free-flowing bulk materials. It can operate as an independent filling station or form part of a complete weighing, packaging and material-handling line.
The final configuration is determined according to the material characteristics, target bag weight, big bag dimensions, required capacity, feeding method, available installation space and level of automation.
The system can be integrated with existing silos, hoppers, feeding equipment, conveyors and production control systems. Product-contact materials, feeding components and operating parameters can be adapted to the requirements of each project.

Big bag positioning
The operator places the empty big bag in the filling station and secures its loops to the holding system.
Parameter setting
The target weight and bag-settling parameters are entered through the touchscreen interface.
Feeding and weighing
Granular material enters the big bag while the weighing system continuously monitors the filled weight.
Bag settling
The configurable settling function distributes the material more evenly and helps form a stable bag base.
Automatic completion
Material feeding stops when the programmed target weight is reached, and the supporting structure lowers automatically.
Release and discharge
The big bag is released and transferred out of the filling station by the integrated conveyor.
